In your Admin panel, navigate to Plugins in the left side menu and click “Add New.”
In the right hand top corner, search for Zwivel.
Find the Zwivel plugin in the result list and click “Install Now.”
After the installation is complete, active the plugin.
Navigate to Appearance in your left side menu and click Widgets.
Find the Zwivel widget in the list of widgets and drag and drop it into a widget area listed on the right side of the screen. Make sure to pick one that is present throughout your website, like Header, Footer or Sidebar.
Copy/paste your GroupDirect or ZwiveDirect URL into the widget.
Your ZwivelDirect URL can be found on the ZwivelDirect Widget Options screen:
