When returning your purchase for a full store credit, The Zwivel Store provides a free pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience. A blank shipping label with our return address is also provided for you when returning for a refund, this is not a pre-paid label.

The replacement terms can vary from one brand to another, but the Zwivel Store team will work to help you through this process or research a replacement option. Additional Return Policy Details

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a refund, credit or exchange will be made.

All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

All additional shipping fees are nonrefundable. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse. A $15 service charge is applied to all refused packages.
