Are ass shots dangerous? Are there safe alternatives?

There's been a lot of talk about the dangers of ass shots (illegal butt augmentations). Definitely not something I'd want to experiment with. What are the more effective, safer alternatives?

Butt injections have dramatically increased in popularity in recent years. There are two methods for boosting the size of one’s rear. Butt implants are similar to breast implants in that they are made of silicone contained in an implant that is placed surgically. The other method is to use liposuction to remove unwanted fat from other areas and inject it into the buttocks to increase its size.

The problem with the liposuction method is that the fat will be absorbed by the body and will move and change over time. This makes the results very temporary. The biggest problem with this method is that due to its increasing popularity, new methods have come out that involve injecting silicone or other materials in a fluid form into the buttocks instead of using the fat tissue.

This can be extremely dangerous and is often done by people portraying themselves as doctors. These cosmetic procedure centers pop up offering this miracle injection at a low price, and patients end up with very adverse effects.

If you are serious about wanting to increase the size of your butt, do yourself a favor and have a consultation with a reputable surgeon with years of proven experience. When it comes to your body, cheaper is not better and turns out often to be very unsafe.

After reading about butt injections in the news, I would certainly not recommend them to anybody I know. I've heard some horror stories. Did you hear the news story about the woman who injected herself? There were photos in the news that were absolutely horrifying. I understand that it would be different under the care of a medical professional, but I just don't trust the injections at this point.

In most cases, injections into your butt are not a great idea and can definitely be dangerous. Doctors used to inject liquid silicone into people’s butts but since there are a lot of complications that can happen, it isn’t very commonly done anymore. Scar tissue can form around the silicone making it lumpy, the area can get infected easily, and in extreme cases the skin around the injections can die. A safer alternative is a Brazilian butt lift. The surgeon removes fat from your abdomen, flanks, and thighs – wherever you have extra fat that can be removed – and injects it back into your butt. The doctor will put in around 50% more fat than you need because about half of the fat doesn’t survive. An added bonus of this procedure is your abdomen, waist and legs will be slimmer which helps your butt look better! This procedure is definitely more expensive than ass shots but also much safer and more accessible since there are not a lot of doctors willing to do the shots anymore. It’s usually done under general anesthesia which is safest because the doctor can do as much liposuction as needed to get the most fat out of your stomach and into your butt.
