Fat removal vs. Laser liposuction for cheek reduction?

Is laser liposuction a good alternative to buccal fat removal for narrowing and sculpting the face? I don't know why, but lasers sound like a less painful.

About 4 months ago, I had laser liposuction performed and I couldn't be happier with my results. I immediately noticed that my face was narrower and my skin was tighter. My face had more muscle definition, making my face look youthful and radiant. During the procedure, I was under twilight sedation and I didn't feel any pain until after I went home. My face was a bit tender and sore to touch for the first week and I had some minor swelling, but nothing overwhelming. After the first week, the pain was barely noticeable and the swelling was gone around four weeks post-op.

I don't have any experience with laser liposuction but I can tell you about my buccal fat removal. I have always struggled with the way that my cheeks have looked. Even though I'm a really thin person I have these huge cheeks that darw so much attention to my biggest flaw and kind of became the defining characteristic of my face. If you were looking at just my face you would have assumed that I am was much heavier than I actually was.

I had the fat removal process done on my cheeks a year-and-a-half ago and I am thrilled with the results. The procedure itself was pretty simple and the recovery time was not overwhelming. I had some swelling but it settled down pretty quickly and I felt confident about going out in public within 3 days. The change is huge and I have recommended it to quite a few friends after my procedure.

I hope that somebody can tell you more about laser liposuction so that you can make an informed choice.

I actually opted for laser lipo in my face and I was surprised at how well it works. I honestly didn't believe that it was going to work at first because the idea that I could have fast fat loss without getting surgery sounded like a pipe dream. But, honestly, it works really well.

The procedure itself was relatively quick and I didn't have to worry about them cutting me open. I have a pretty big fear of surgery and needles and this was a really good way to completely opt out of that while still getting the look that I wanted.

I'm really happy with the contour of my face now and I'm even more thrilled that I don't have to worry about scars.
