- After graduating summa cum laude from Duke University, Dr. Chang earned her medical degree from Johns Hopkins University, and completed residency training at Washington University in St. Louis. Following residency, Dr. Chang obtained advanced fellowship training in two ophthalmology subspecialties: ophthalmic pathology at Washington University in St. Louis and orbital and oculofacial plastic surgery at the Jules Stein Eye Institute/UCLA in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, California
