8 days post rhino & devastated with the result so far. Will the tip angle alter to 90 degree as per my brief over time?
My brief was to retain the original tip shape/definition which I liked but just remove the bump. I know the tip is bulbous due to swelling & definition will not show yet but the basic shape seems off. I know its early days however my tip appears very turned up, my nose too short and too much nostril on show. Only upside is I like the straight bridge. What I see now does not seem anywhere near the original projection or what I asked for. Will I need revision to correct this?
Please try to relax. You are just at the beginning of your journey and it will take at least 6 months before you really start to see the results. Swelling is lifting the tip as well as making it look very bulbous. If you are concerned by all means make an appointment to see your plastic surgeon so he or she can reassure you as well. Don’t worry about fixing it just yet and allow for time to heal. Then you hopefully can look back and say boy I worried so needlessly. Good luck, stay healthy. Dr. Schuster in Boca Raton Florida.
