After care for Labiaplasty swelling?

What do you recommended as an effective means of alleviating the discomfort from the swelling that occurs following a Labiaplasty procedure? I am not referring to painkillers or anything along those lines. I am hoping for practical, natural ideas to help make the healing process more bearable. I appreciate any help you can give me.

Consult with a Board-certified plastic surgeon or cosmetic gynecologist, let them evaluate your labia and make a recommendation. There are pros and cons for both techniques it is a decision to be made between you and your plastic surgeon

Post op care for labiaplasty includes :ice and elevation. 10 minutes on with ice pack, 10 munutes off for the first 3 days. Keep a pillow under your pelvis to elevate the bottom end. Once you reduce the swelling, you reduce the discomfort.

Hi, you can limit your swelling by avoiding any strenuous activity.  If you think the swelling should be going down quicker, then check with your PS to voice your concern.  Best of luck!
