Are Alexia Breast Reduction Pills safe and do they really work?
I would really like smaller breasts, I am a 36D, but I am afraid of having surgery. I have been hearing about Alexia Breast Reduction Pills, they seem too good to be true and I am sure they are but I was wondering are these pills safe? Do they work?
There is no clinical evidence that herbal breast reduction pills have any effect whatsoever on breast size. Herbal breast reducer supplements like Alexia are not regulated by the FDA under the same regulatory requirements as pharmaceuticals.
The manufacturer has not put forth any evidence from medical trials or third party clinical results to suggest that this "breast reduction product" will result in smaller breasts. I can see no reason to believe the pills will make large breasts smaller.
If your breast size is causing you discomfort and affecting your quality-of-life, I encourage you to contact a board-certified plastic surgeon to inquire about a surgical breast reduction procedure -- and to discuss which options are best for you.

The herbal ingredients in Alexia breast reduction pills are not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration and their claims have not been independently verified. I would be extremely cautious when evaluating any claims made by an unregulated dietary supplements manufacturer -- especially when these claims seem too good to be true.
Two of the ordinary ingredients in Alexia pills' herbal formula are green tea extract and theobromine cacao (the principal alkaloid found in cocoa powder). While neither of these ingredients has demonstrated any specific “breast reduction” capacity, they are both commonly used in herbal weight loss pills.
Will these ingredients reduce breast size? If they did in fact lead to weight loss, then by definition you would also be likely to lose weight in your breasts as well. Of course, whether these herbal ingredients lead to weight loss in the first place is highly questionable.
Judging from the customer reviews on Amazon.com, many purchasers of Alexia are predictably disappointed.
My advice is to avoid them. I see no evidence that Alexia works and they are much more likely to be nothing but snake oil.
If your chest size is an issue, please contact a plastic surgeon to discuss what options are available to you. Please note that many insurance companies will cover 100% of the costs for breast reduction surgery if your breast size is causing back pain or other medical problems.
