Breast Augmentation and pregnancy

I got breast implants put in 2 years ago, what should I expect from my breasts if my husband and I are trying to get pregnant?  Will this affect breastfeeding?

F, 29, New Jersey

Your breasts will likely get larger with pregnancy and then deflate after the baby is born.  The overall size and shape of your breasts after the pregnancy is impossible to determine, but it is likely that it will be different than before the pregnancy.  You may need additional surgery (eg breast lift) when you have completed your pregnancies to restore the shape of your breasts.  Having breast implants should not affect your ability to breast feed.
