I am 19 and have had small breasts my entire life, but I did start developing a bit later than my friends. When do breasts in females stop developing and am I too young to get a breast augmentation?
Breast development starts with puberty and is usually completed by age 20. Breast augmentation is generally not performed for cosmetic indications prior to age 18, so you may have a breast augmentation at 19. You should understand, however, that even after full development, your breasts will continue to change over time. Aging, gravity, and life events (pregnancy, breast feeding, weight changes) will all affect the size and shape of your breasts.
