Can a bent nose be straightened with a rhinoplasty?
A few years back, I had my nose accidentally broken by my son during a game of basketball. I now have a crooked nose and it's a bit difficult to breathe. I often have to use a nasal spray, because even the slightly congestion blocks the airflow in my nose. Outside of my breathing issues, I'm not happy looking in the mirror and seeing a crooked nose. Can a rhinoplasty fix both my breathing difficulties and crooked nose?
The simple answer is YES so go on some complimentary consultations with experts and compare recommendations and look at photos of similar patients

Hi John If you could breathe well through your nose prior to the accident and now have difficulty breathing, then obviously the bones and perhaps the septum were damaged. Rhinoplasty can replace the bones into their proper position and examination can reveal if work on the septum would be needed as well.
Be sure to seek the opinion of a board certified plastic surgeon or ENT surgeon for this work.
