Can I go from having fully inverted to erect nipples?

As someone who once had inverted nipples, I had surgery to correct them and now they are pretty much flat. They definitely look better than they did before, but I was hoping they would stick out at least a little. I had surgery a year ago. Would it be possible to actually have another procedure to make them stick out more?

Inverted nipples can be corrected in a relatively simple office procedure done under local anesthetic.  This can also help with projection.

In most cases it is possible to get the nipples to be more erect. It does require more surgery and would result in the erect posture being present all the time. It is best to see a board certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss your options. Good luck.
