Can a I have a brachioplasty and mastopexy done together?

I am going to have a bilateral brachioplasty done in a few days. Since I have excess skin next to my breasts and in the underarm area, I wanted to know if at the moment the doctor is performing the surgery and he sees my excess skin on the side and that connects to the breast, can he make a decision right there and do the mastopexy?

You can definitely have a mastopexy at the same time, but this is something that should be discussed with your surgeon before hand. Surgeons usually allocate a certain amount of time for each surgery and may not have enough time if you ask him at the last minute.  Good luck!
