Can nasal bones grow and develop after rhinoplasty at the age of twenty five?
I am twenty five years old, and I had a rhinoplasty a few months ago, but my surgeon scooped my hump too much, due to which my nose looks wider and flatter. I just want to know, can my nasal bone grow at this age?
I would not expect your nasal bones to grow at your age. If your nose has a sloped appearance as a result of an over-reduction of your nasal hump, it is likely that you will need a revision procedure with a graft placed to fill out the slope. I recommend that you follow up with your surgeon to discuss your options.
