Can you get stretch marks on your breasts?

My wife, who is only 23 years old and never been pregnant or given birth, says these lines she has on her breasts are stretch marks. I don't mind them at all, but she thinks they are ugly and would like to get rid of them. She is definitely top heavy, but I still don't see how they could be actual stretch marks if they are only on her breasts and she's never had a baby. Would that make a difference anyway? Can women really get stretch marks on their boobers?

Yes, stretch marks can occur on breasts even if she has never been pregnant.  The issue is in the skin quality and there is no way to get rid of stretch marks without cutting them out.  This can be done during the process of a breast lift or breast reduction, but otherwise, it may not be worth cutting them out since she would just be trading a stretch mark for a permanent scar.  Hope that helps.

Yes stretch marks can occur on breasts. If they are pigmented light based treatments can be helpful to remove some of the pigment but the stretch mark is damage to the actual skin and can only be removed by an excision.
