Do you think Kim Kardashian's butt is real or fake?
Does anyone really think that Kim Kardashian’s butt is real? How could anyone believe it’s just a coincidence that her and all of her sisters were born with big butts. I don’t know much, except people don’t look like that naturally. It’s a joke that our society cares about this stuff.
- Kim Kardashian West has denied having buttock implants, but it’s widely speculated that she has undergone some form of augmentation procedure.
- She may have had a Brazilian butt lift which involves transferring fat from the abdomen, thighs, lower back and sides to the buttocks.
- She may also have had buttock implant (gluteoplasty) surgery which involves silicone implants placed above or below the gluteal muscles.

That's a question that seems to drive the Internet crazy. I haven't read any actual proof that Kim Kardashian has had bum implants, but looking at before-and-after photos of a younger Ms. Kardashian my educated guess is yes. Kim Kardashian has had buttock augmentation of some kind.
There are three common ways of enhancing buttocks:
- Fat grafting (which is part of a Brazilian butt lift procedure).
- Gluteal implants, which are silicone implants placed over or under the gluteal muscles.
- Enhancement with Sculptra, a common injectable dermal filler sometimes used in an off-label capacity for buttock enhancement.
Whether Kim Kardashian had butt implants-injections or dermal fillers is likely to remain a mystery to everyone but her plastic surgeon and husband Kanye West, but to address your last point, "Keeping up with the Kardashians" shouldn't mean keeping up with their plastic surgery.
Cosmetic surgery is a personal decision that is up to you and you alone. If you're dissatisfied with your shape, there are safe, available procedures available that can improve your quality of life.
Always remember to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon for best results and the safest techniques.

Among celebrity plastic surgery watchers, there's probably nothing more hotly debated than "Kim's butt implants". I can't say with any certainty what cosmetic surgery procedures Kim Kardashian has had to achieve her hourglass figure. To my eye it looks like her curvier frame is the result of butt implants and probably a Brazilian butt lift as well.
While it’s possible that her reality-star family (including Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner) were all born blessed with perfect curves -- in my experience this is unlikely.
A Brazilian butt lift is a fat transfer procedure which transfers a patient’s own body fat from the hips, lower back, abdomen and thighs to the buttocks. The fat injections are then strategically placed in desirable areas to improve contour and projection.
Buttock implants, also called gluteoplasty or gluteal implants, are silicone implants which are surgically placed above, between or under the gluteal muscles to cosmetically increase the overall size and projection of the buttocks.
Social media may be full of opinions on which procedures Mrs. Kardashian West has had, but the important thing is whether she's pleased with the results. Cosmetic surgery is a positive, life-changing decision for millions of women. We should all probably care a little less about other people's surgery and care simply whether or not they're happy.
After seeing Kim's bum on that famous cover of Paper magazine, I think it's very unlikely that it's natural. Most likely she has had a fat transfer/Brazilian butt lift. She apparently underwent an on-screen X-ray procedure on her reality TV show to prove that she had no implants. But that was years ago, it's entirely possible she's had implant surgery since then.
What I do know is that she admitted to once having an injection to treat what she termed a "huge indent" in one of her buttocks. That treatment wasn't intended to increase the overall size of her buttocks as much as it was to treat something that she felt was a cosmetic issue.
You’re right that we probably all care too much about this. Nonsense tabloids endlessly speculate on who has had breast implants, Botox, butt injections, and every other type of cosmetic procedure. I agree that there are far better things that we could be focusing on as a society. On the other hand, plastic surgery has improved millions of lives and can be transformative and beneficial to self-esteem.
If it makes you happy, do it. It’s a personal decision.
