Does Every Woman with Hair Loss Qualify for a Hair Transplant?

It is obvious that more men get hair transplants than women. Why is that? Does it have something to do with differences in hair quality?

Hair transplants can be done just as easily in women.  Depending on the technique it may require wearing your hair short for a while.  I prefer a method called follicular unit extraction to avoid the telltale posterior transfer scar.  Oftentimes PRP can be used to help restore thinning hair and prevent further hair loss.

PRP (platelet rich plasma) has shown good results for women with thinning hair. Try looking for "vampire" providers in your area, most are trained in hair restoration without grafting.
