Does Hyperhidrosis Medication Work?

I haven't seen a doctor yet, but I've read about prescription medications that stop hyperhidrosis. I have this condition and it's something I'm contemplating trying. Will medication provide good results? Or is MiraDry and Botox my only option? Of those two options, which one is better?

I'm not sure how effective medications are to treat hyperhidrosis.  I can say that both Botox and Miradry work very well.  Botox requires injections every several months and is very effective.  Miradry, on the other hand, generally requires only 1 treatment (sometimes 2) and is effectively curative as it stops sweating at the site.  It is a remarkable treatment.
