Does one need implants after a breast reduction?

My breasts are quite big (DD) and, too saggy for my liking. To be sincere, I envy all the women with round, perky breasts whenever I see one in a commercial or a magazine. Is a breast reduction enough to give me fuller breasts, or do I need implants too?

No! I've seen so many women for a second opinion when other surgeons tell them they need implants. In most cases, your own tissue, in a smaller envelope, will give you the perk and bulk you want. Only in some cases, where there is far too much skin and "droop" without much native breast tissue, would an augmentation/lift be necessary. I really don't like the idea of replacing breast tissue with silicone if you dont need to.
