Does weight loss help reduce the size of breasts?

I am 31 and after having my last child 2 years ago, I’ve been wanting to start a daily workout routine. Easier said than done, but I’m at a point now where I’ve been eating better and doing a little bit of exercise here and there. I’m big boned and I have a big chest. Unfortunately, my breasts are saggy, so I’m sure I could benefit from a lift as well. For now though, I just want to know if there are any recommended weight loss programs to help reduce the size of my breasts.

Losing weight can decrease the size of your breasts but it will have a deflational effect likely and if your breasts are already sagging, they will sag even more.
