How does a chemical brow lift work?
I was telling a friend about how I'd love to get a brow lift if I can afford it and I mentioned my reservations about anesthesia. She told me that there's a chemical brow lift also available and it definitely wouldn't require anesthesia. How is a chemical brow lift different from the traditional brow lift and, basically, how is it successful without the surgical aspect?
A chemical brow lift is done with Botox. The results take effect in 7-10 days, and last 3-4 months. The average cost is around $300. Botox would be injected in to the tail of each brow, and the glabella region (in between your eyebrows).
