How long after first can I get second augmentation?
I'm getting ahead of myself because I haven't even had one procedure myself but I still feel like I deserve a professional's opinion. I'd like to know when would having a second breast augmentation be considered too soon following a first? Other factors will be involved of course, but on average--as there must be an average by now. I'm thinking I will be conservative with my augmentation at first. I'm only 25 and I'm really lucky with the breasts I've got--I'm sorry but it's true cuz my friends always tell me they're jealous! This would be just to enhance what's there naturally, sort of step by step? So I guess how long after a first could I take a second step? Cheers.
Hello Wilhelmina, the goal with the first operation should be to get you to your goal in one step. Having said that if any changes need to be made after the first augmentation (again a rare occurrence), you should wait a minimum of 6 months and usually a year before any further operation is performed. It takes this amount of time for the implants to settle into their permanent position.
