How long after rhinoplasty can I resume exercise?

I am still in the investigative stage of deciding whether or not to have rhinoplasty done. It has been, as I am sure it is for most people, something that I have been considering for quite awhile. I am an exercise fanatic so knowing that I'll have to be idle for a potentially lengthy period of time scares me. How long does it usually take before a person in excellent health can resume their exercise regimen following a rhinoplasty procedure? Getting this information from a professional could be the deciding factor for me.

I'm sure that some of these limitations vary among surgeons, but I expect my patients to be up and walking immediately after surgery. I restrict heavy lifting or anything else that will raise your blood pressure significantly for 2 weeks postop, mostly due to the risk of bleeding. After 2 weeks postop, you can resume exercise, but avoid any trauma to the nose (no contact sports for 6 weeks postop).
