How long does a Voluma treatment last?

I would love to know what to expect should I get a Voluma treatment. Can you advise me as to whether or not there will be multiple visits and, most importantly, how long can I expect the results from Voluma to last?

Voluma is a more viscous filler designed to be placed deeper which makes it a powerful volumizing filler; ideal for the midface.  It is FDA approved and lasts 24 months.

Voluma is a great filler for the cheeks, nasolabial folds, lips, and marionette lines (around the mouth).  The procedure is quick with minimal discomfort.  You will likely experience some swelling and maybe some bruising, both of which are generally gone by a week.  We usually have our patients come back in after 2 weeks for a quick check.  Sometimes you may need a little extra filler in certain areas.  The Voluma lasts up to 2 years.
