I am considering having my breast implants removed

I had silicone breast implants five years ago because I wasn't happy with my breast size. Now I am in relationship and we are talking about having children and I know my breasts will become larger in pregnancy. I feel like there could be complications and I really would like to have my breast implants removed as soon as I am able to. My fiance is in agreement and was never a fan of the implants to begin with. I just need some guidance as to how to proceed. The doctor who did my implants has since died so I know that's not an option anymore.

Implant removal is generally speaking a straight-forward procedure.  Your size would obviously change and the shape of the breast will change and it is hard to predict but most times looks similar to your preoperative appearance with some more drooping depending on the size of the implant and the amount of time that has elapsed.

Implant removal is always an option. Look to find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area that you feel comfortable with and go over the best options for you. Good Luck!
