I’m Not Even a Year Out From a Facelift and I Need Fillers
I had a facelift around a year ago to tighten the skin around my eyes and neck. It was not cheap. My lower face is still sagging and looks worse than before. My eyes are still very red from my surgery. I've done everything my surgeon asked me to do. I even had a collagen treatment on my face. What else can I do to improve my lower face? Can I get fillers? If so, which ones would work best?
If you’re already considering fillers, you might consider fat injection, such as BeautiFill. But it’s difficult to say without pictures. Volume loss keeps happening with time even after a lift. It’s best to inquire directly with doctors for consultation.

As we age we lose volume in our face and our skin can turn saggy. While surgical facelifts do a great job of decreasing excess sagging skin, restoring volume or adding fillers can improve on the surgical facelift results in a natural way.
We often refer our patients to surgeons for facelifts and to further improve the results we will treat with fillers around the mouth, under the eyes and even a little in the cheek bone area.
And since facelifts don't dress the undamaged skin, we often recommend laser treatments to improve the skin as the shape of the face has improved.
So, for optimal results multiple modalities of treatments are needed to help you look your best.
