Is 68 too old for facial surgery?
Interested in brow lift, & possible 2nd blepharoplasty for droopy eyelids. Had 1st & only facial surgical procedure-blepharoplasty-in 2010. Have good Irish skin, minimal sun exposure. Had 1 treatment of Botox & Juvederm approximately 15 yrs ago. Thanks!
Hi. Great question! 68 is not too old for surgery. Your age is not really the most important factor to determine if you can have surgery. It is most important that you are in good health. Your primary doctor can evaluate you to make sure that you are healthy enough to have the procedure, and then he/she can let your plastic surgeon know that you are ok to proceed. Best of luck!
