Is Botox a solution for anyone with too much sweating?

I am not diagnosed with hyperhidrosis but man do I sweat a lot. I am a high profile corporate lawyer and it is not a good look to constantly be sweating. I think the only other worse profession to have is probably a poker player in this case. Either way, can Botox help my extreme sweating problems?

Botox or other Neurotoxins will significantly reduce the perspiration. The effect lasts for 6 to 8 months and therefore the treatment has to be repeated. There are other options for treatment of excessive perspiration including surgical options.

Botox will work but must be injected every few months and it gets very expensive in the long run.  Hyperhidrosis of the armpits is indeed very vexing and embarrassing.  Faced with this situation in some of my patients, I developed a surgical procedure (which I term "Sweat Lipo") with unique instruments that I personally designed, that can permanently deal with hyperhidrosis in one hour.  You can read about it on my website,

Yes, Botox injections will decrease the sweating, but have to repeated every several months.
