Is lipodissolve still an alternative to liposuction?

It’s hard to find a lot of current information on lipodissolve. Is that because it was never approved by the FDA, or because the results just weren’t as effective as liposuction? I read one thing that says reputable doctors no longer offer it, but I read something else that said it’s safe and you can still get it done. What should I believe?

LipoDissolve and Kybella can be safely used off the face.  Compared to Liposuction, only small areas can be treated (less then the size of your palm).  Commom areas are Bra Bulges, Around the knee fat or other small areas. LipoDissolve can treat areas that the Coolsculpting applicator can't fit. I commonly use this treatment to improve small post-liposuction bulges.

The swelling can last 1 week and results come in after 3 months.
