Is non-surgical rhinoplasty for minor nose defects only?
Do I need a normal rhinoplasty in case I need to correct a more prominent defect? I have a thick, wide nose, which I very much doubt it can be fixed with just a non-surgical procedure.
It is not possible to make a wide nose thinner without surgical rhinoplasty. Fillers may be injected down the nasal spine (down the vertical midline of the nose) to create more of a peak to the nose, thus giving a subtle appearance of narrowing, but it is mostly an illusion. Small amounts of filler can "push" the nostrils a bit closer together, but that is about it.
