Is reconstructive ear surgery covered by insurance?

Last year, I had a pretty bad car accident. I healed up well enough, but now that all of the major healing is done, I can focus on the smaller stuff, particularly my ear. I lost a part of my ear in the accident, and it really sucks. I've been avoiding earings so as not to draw attention to the area. I know it's silly, but it makes me feel bad. I can't afford to pay for cosmetic surgery and it doesn't physically hurt, but do you think my insurance would cover it if I went to plastic surgeon or something?
