Is there a chance insurance would approve Panniculectomy?

Yes, some insurance companies cover panniculectomy to treat excess skin that hangs down.  You must usually prove that it causes a functional problem, like pain or constant rashes.  But panniculectomy surgery is NOT the same as tummy tuck or abdominoplasty surgery, so you should talk to your PS to see what your options are, and what the outcomes would likely be.  Best of luck!

There's a small chance it will be covered if you qualify for your carrier's criteria.  Since different carriers have different criteria (and some don't cover it at all ever), you should start by calling your carrier to find out the requirements for coverage.
