Not Enough Skin For Upper Eyelid Surgery. Any other options?

I have consulted with a cosmetic surgeon about the excess skin on my upper eyelid. The surgeon don't me I don't have enough skin for an upper blepharoplasty. I believe he said I have hooded eyes. I really want to get rid of the loose crêpe skin around my upper eye and eyelid. What other procedure are available if I'm not a good candidate for upper eyelid surgery? I also considered a 'bro lift' but don't think this is the route I want to take.

Upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) is a good option to improve hooded eyes. Brow lift may be combined with eyelid surgery, or performed in isolation for hooded eyes, as appropriate. Nonsurgical treatments with Botox or Dysport may provide temporary improvement in hooded eyes.

I would recommend a second consultation to look at options. A plastic surgeon with a specialty in facial aesthetics may be your best option.
