Possible breast implants infection. How can I know for sure?

I had a breast augmentation surgery 2 months ago. Everything went fine, the doctor said there shouldn't be any problem, but now I have experienced some redness on my breasts and I have felt sore during the last week. I should go see my doctor but I finish work long after any doctor is open. It's also a busy period to skip work. What symptoms should someone look for?

Any redness 2 months out is cause for concern.  You should see your doctor as soon as possible.  He or she will want to get blood work and possibly some imaging to make sure there is no infection ongoing.  Fevers, chills, or malaise (generalized achiness) are other things that would suggest infection.

Thank you for your question. I highly advise you consult with the operating physician. Perhaps you can go see your doctor on your lunch break? Health is more important and you should definitely attend your follow up and post op appointments to assure proper healing.
