Sagging skin after liposuction. What to do about it?

I am not sure what it is that I need. I did liposuction many years ago, and it has resulted in my skin on my legs sagging. I would do surgery to correct this.

Thank you for the question but an examination is really needed so go on some complimentary consultations with experts and compare recommendations after a full examination

Unfortunately, liposuction treats unwanted fat very well, but can sometimes leave loose skin behind.  Typically, the only way to significantly tighten the contour of the skin would be to remove the areas of sagging and wrinkling.  This isn't always desirable since there are visible scars, so sometimes the better option is to leave it alone.  Go for an in-person consultation to get an opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon to see if skin removal is a reasonable option for you, or if you will just have to live with it.  Best of luck!
