What works best for double chin removal?
I have some fat under my chin; what some would call a "double chin". Do you recommend Kybella, CoolSculpting, or liposuction to address my problem area? I have around $4,000 to spend, but am open to financing if I have to. Thank you so much and I value your opinion.
Unfortunately, you would need to submit photos to help with this answer. Even with photos, to truly answer, a pinch test to measure fat and excess skin would determine your best course.

All of the modalities that you mention are useful in treating the "double chin". The right treatment for you is determined by a consultation and a thorough examination between you and your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Factors that enter into the decision include, the degree of the problem, laxity of the skin involved, anticipated down time/ recovery time and finances. Kybella is a less invasive treatment which involves injection of deoxycholic acid whic breaks down fat in the area of the injection. Your body then absorbs the broken fat cells. CoolSculpting and liposuction physically remove the fat from the area. Once removed, fat cannot return to that area.
Consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area and discuss which options would be best suited for you and your lifestyle.
