Who is a candidate for an endotine cheek lift?

I'd like to know if I'm eligible for an endotine mid-face lift. From what I've heard, it's supposed to leave smaller and more hidden incision marks than a regular facelift. I'm 53 and I have puffy lower eyelids with dark circles, and small wrinkles around my mouth when I smile. Is there anything else that I'm not considering when it comes to being the perfect candidate for the mid-face lift procedure?

You are inquiring about a midface lift.  The midface is the area of the face between the inner and outer corners of the eyes and the corner of the mouth.  Traditional face and neck lifts do not adequately address this area -- they deal mostly with the lateral cheek in front of the ears and the neck.

The midface lift will address not only the midface but will also incorporate all the standard improvements of a lower eyelid tuck -- ie removing fat bags, removing any excess skin and making the entire midface full, lifted and smooth.  The entire procedure is performed thru carefully hidden incisions just beneath the lower eyelid lashes.  However, it will not improve small wrinkles around the corners of the mouth or at the corners of the eyes -- those improvements are best accomplished with fillers or Botox, etc.
