Will Facial Exercises Prevent Sagging Cheekbones?

Is it possible to lift your cheeks through facial exercises? I've watched a number of videos demonstrating how to tone your face, and I wonder if these exercises are doing more harm than good. I'm worried that all this squinching might cause wrinkles. What do you think?

Facial exercises will not lift your cheeks, and they may actually increase your facial wrinkles as you suspect.  The face naturally loses volume as it ages.  This is not a muscular issue, so exercises will not help.  The best way to restore facial volume is through filler or fat injections.  These are extremely safe and effective when done by an experienced and skilled injector.
