Will fraxel be good for me if my skin easily gets sunspots?

I have some pretty solid sunspots on my face. Will the fraxel laser be a good option for me? I get concerned that I might choose the wrong procedure or if my sunspots are too pronounced to be fixed. Is that possible? Like if my blemishes are too obvious is it impossible to fix?

First of all, if the sunspot is very big - it should be examined by a MD for any risk of skin cancer that may need a biopsy.

Most sun spots respond to a series of 3-5 Photofacials (either IPL or BBL). Some need further treatments with micro laser peels or other resurfacing treatments.
