Will Radiofrequency Treatments With Microneedling tighten skin?

I have wrinkles and sagging skin on my forehead. Are there any radiofrequency treatments that can help treat my problem? Would combining a radiofrequency treatment with microneedling help even more?

There is an excellent procedure that was approved for use in the U.S. last year called IntraCel. This device combines both radiofrequency with microneedling. The needles are coated with a special silicone so that the top layer of the skin (the epidermis) is not injured or subject to the heat produced by the radiofreqency (RF). The RF energy is rather only emitted to the areas of the dermis via the timed handpiece where the typical laxity/scarring issues originate.

It is possible you will need several modalities to treat the area to achieve optimal results. For Example, neurotoxin injections (like Botox or Xeomin), chemical peels, etc. I recommend meeting with a board certified dermatologist when you're ready to discuss attacking these concerns head on.
