7 REASONS to pick another company for your laser treatment: 

1) INEFFECTIVE -After 18 months of treatment (going every 3 weeks), I only have about 50% of hair reduction

2) INEXPERIENCED STAFF GIVING SHOTS - the worst shot experience of my life! I literally felt like the lady stabbed me. And when I told her how horrible the pain was, she told me that normally people tell her she's great. 

3) YOUR IMPORTANT DATA ISN'T SECURE - do not let them keep your credit card info on file. The way they store that info is NOT SECURE. They have it written down on PAPER that they keep in a folder easily accessible. 

4) DIRTY FACILITY - the only clean location in the office is the waiting room. The clinic is not hygienic in their treatment rooms

5) THEIR FOCUS IS TAKING YOUR MONEY - be careful when you pay in your treatment cycle. They are set up to upsell you more treatments before you complete the package you already paid for. This is so you feel committed to continue BEFORE YOU KNOW IT'S INEFFECTIVE. These guys have MASTERED the sales conversations! I just wish they also master their laster treatment. 

6) ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS INTEGRITY - They will say ANYTHING just to charge you more money. It's pointless to try to hold them to their word. They will take your frustration and anger and use it as a reason not to deliver on their promise. 

7) STAFF DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU - The doctor who owns the clinic doesn't care, that shows up in everything that they do. When the leader is crummy, everything about the businesses is going to be crummy   

Finally, I gave up on this place. Going to another clinic to complete my treatments. Do yourself a favor....just pick someone else. I've already wasted close to 3k with this place!
