Botox and Filler With Dr. Muhammad Mirza - Be Cautious
Procedure specific satisfaction rating
Botulinum toxin A
If you’re considering getting Botox and/or fillers from Dr. Muhammad Mirza, proceed with extreme caution. This doctor uses heavily diluted Botox and Bellafill fillers. After going to him, I had some serious questions about his morals and even whether or not he was an actual board certified doctor.
I went to Dr. Mirza to fix some fine lines and volume loss I had on my face. Dr. Mirza told me that he was going to inject 80 unit of Botox and 5 syringes of Bellafill filler. He charged me $2500 for it. At that time, I had never received Botox or fillers before, so I did not realize that 80 units of Botox and 5 syringes of filler is absolutely crazy! Most people normally receive 20-40 units of Botox and 2-3 syringes of filler. Had I known this, red flags would have immediately gone up, but instead I decided to proceed with my treatment.
Dr. Mirza proceeded to inject the Botox and then the filler. After he was done, I had zero swelling, which was unexpected given everything I had read online about what people experienced after their injections. Now I realize that it was because the Botox and filler he uses are so diluted they're basically water injections! This is also why my results were horrible. My fine lines didn’t go away and my volume loss was made worse. I was left with an indentation on my face from whatever he had injected. When I complained about the indentation, he had me return for 4 touch up procedures. Not a single one of these ‘touch ups’ did anything and eventually I had to go to a board certified plastic surgeon to fix what Dr. Mirza had done. The plastic surgeon mixed the Botox right in front of me. Dr. Mirza used to always have his syringes pre-filled and lined up, as if he was doing vaccine injections on a line of servicemen before they deployed. I honestly think he might reuse his needles. Dr. Mirza is seriously sick and demented. I’m not sure what country he was born in (definitely not the United States), but perhaps the standards there, where I’m guessing he was trained, are horrible.
My advice to anyone reading this review would be to not go anywhere near Dr. Mirza. He is absolutely awful. He either has no idea what he’s doing, or he’s trying to make five times the profit by diluting all of his products. Either way, stay away from this guy. Look Dr. Mirza up on Google and you’ll see he has tons of bad reviews on every site and even has numerous better business bureau complaints against him. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor at all costs.
