I am not completely happy with my result.  Also, there were a few times for real reasons that I could not come in.  I always called beforehand.  I called about a week ago to make an appointment for age spot removals.  I could not to the office because it was raining hard and since this was an old car given to us the windshield wipers did not work well at all.  I was on my way to Dr. Bucko's office so pulled over and told them why I could not come in.  They were not very friendly about that and it felt like they did not believe me. An assistant of the doctor told me she call me back but never did.

I am offended when people do not believe that I was telling the truth about missing appointments.  I made another appointment with someone else.  Ther are many excellent doctors in San Diego where I will not have to deal with people who believe I am lying about missed appointments.  I say shop around and do careful research.
