Mother of 3 Who Went From an A to D Cup
I am the mother of 3 kids. Two teenagers, ages 16 and 13, and a 15 month old baby. After my last two children my breasts completely deflated. I lost all the fullness I previously had. I went from a small 34C to a 34A. My breasts are naturally slightly uneven because of the way my chest is. During my breast augmentation surgery I had a 550CC implant placed in my left breast and a 600CC implant placed in my right breast. I am 5 feet 3 inches and 116 lbs. My original goal was to be a small C after surgery but after reading about the regrets some women have with going too small after their implants drop and settle, I decided I wanted to be a D cup.
I had my surgery while my kids were being watched by my parents for a week. My husband drove me to the surgical center and took me home. He even took the week off from work to care for me.
I did not find the recovery from my breast augmentation to be difficult. I took my pain meds as directed and had no issues with nausea. Not being able to lift anything heavier than a gallon of milk for 6 weeks was the toughest part, because I could not pick up my baby.
It's been many years since my surgery and I am happy I picked the larger implants. They fit my body well and I feel rejuvenated from them.
