Any option other than lower body lift following weight loss?
Last two new years ago, I decided that I'd had enough with my awful shape and started to hit the gym hard. My progress came in leaps and bounds and I really started to notice the difference when I switched up my diet. I didn't even feel like eating junk anymore, I felt too much pride in the work I had done to taint it with mountain dew. Long story short, I dropped a lot of weight really fast and I'm ready to take the next step in my body sculpting journey. Is a lower body lift ideal for someone with all around loose skin or is the a better option for my lower body?
